We are located in the Times Building in downtown Tampa, adjacent to the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. If you are parking in the main lot of the Times Building, please bring your parking ticket with you to our office for validation.

From St. Petersburg/Clearwater: Take I-275 north to the Downtown West (Ashley Drive) Exit. Once on Ashley Drive, proceed past the Times Building and turn right onto Tyler Street. From Tyler Street, turn right onto MacInnes Place and pull into the Times Building main parking lot.

From North Tampa: Take I-275 southbound to the Downtown West (Ashley Drive) Exit via the Downtown Tampa access road from I-275. Once on Ashley Drive, proceed past the Times Building and turn right onto Tyler Street. From Tyler Street, turn right onto MacInnes Place and pull into the Times Building main parking lot.

From Brandon/East Hillsborough County: Take the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway westbound into downtown Tampa, and take the Downtown East exit onto Kennedy Blvd. (Express drivers may also exit onto Twiggs Street.) From either Kennedy Blvd. or Twiggs Street, proceed to the west side of downtown Tampa and turn right onto Ashley Drive. From Ashley Drive, turn left onto Tyler Street. From Tyler Street, turn right onto MacInnes Place and pull into the Times Building main parking lot.
