DIRECTIONS
We are located in the M&I Bank Plaza in downtown Tampa.
Please be aware that the streets directly to the north and south of the M&I Bank Plaza are one-way streets: Kennedy Blvd. leads west through downtown Tampa, and Jackson Street leads east through downtown Tampa one block south of Kennedy Blvd. The parking garage for the building is on the Morgan Street side of the building between Kennedy Blvd. and Jackson Street. An open-air city parking lot is one block west of the M&I Bank Plaza.
From North Tampa: Take I-275 South to the Downtown East exit. After exiting, proceed south on Orange Avenue, which becomes Pierce Street (which is a one-way street heading south). Proceed on Pierce Street to Kennedy Blvd. (the intersection before the County Center) and turn right onto Kennedy Blvd. (which is a one-way street heading west). The M&I Bank Plaza will be on your left at 501 E. Kennedy Blvd., past the Morgan Street intersection. Parking is available in the city lot one block past the M&I Bank Plaza on your left, after the Marion Street intersection.
From St. Petersburg/Clearwater and Northwest Tampa: Take I-275 North to the Downtown West exit, and follow the signs for Tampa Street. After exiting onto Tampa Street, proceed south to Jackson Street, and turn left onto Jackson Street (which is a one-way street heading east). The M&I Bank Plaza will be on your left at 501 E. Kennedy Blvd., past the Marion Street intersection. Parking is available in the city lot one block before the M&I Bank Plaza on your left.
From Brandon/East Hillsborough: Take the regular
Cross-town Expressway to the Downtown East exit for Kennedy Blvd. (State Road 60 exit). Upon exiting, proceed west on Kennedy Blvd., to the M&I Bank Plaza, which will be on your left at 501 E. Kennedy Blvd., past the Morgan Street intersection. Parking is available in the city lot one block past the M&I Bank Plaza on your left, after the Marion Street intersection.
From the express lane of the Cross-town Expressway you can proceed past the Twiggs Street intersection to the Kennedy Blvd. intersection and turn right onto Kennedy Blvd. Then follow the directions in the paragraph above to proceed to the M&I Bank Plaza.
